What days and times are you available for setups?We offer our picnic setups on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on week days after 6pm. Please inquire for openings.

How far in advance should I book my picnic?We recommend booking your picnic 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your desired date and time. Weekends tend to book fast, so early booking is encouraged. We understand spontaneity! Contact us for last-minute inquires, as we may be able to accommodate!

What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled date?We closely monitor the weather forecast leading up to your picnic. In case of inclement weather, we will be happy to reschedule your picnic for a mutuaL agreeable date, offer an alternative location (if possible), or recommend rental of our clear bubble tent to keep you hidden from the elements.

Do you charge a deposit?Yes, we charge a 50% deposit due upon scheduling. We will send you an invoice requesting the deposit, remaining due 48 hours prior to your scheduled date.

Do your packages include food and drink?Our packages focus on creating the luxurious ambiance for your picnic. Food and drink are not included (we do offer bottled cider), we can provide you with our local cater recommendations. You're also welcome to bring your own! (This excludes booking at local wineries, all food and beverages are to be purchased through the winery directly).

What's included in your picnic packages?Our packages include a low wood table with cushion seating (or elevated table with bench seating if desired), all dinnerware, cloth napkins, decorative elements, basket of games, custom sign message, and a bluetooth speaker.

Can I customize my picnic experience?Absolutely! We encourage customization to make your picnic truly special. Let us know your theme preferences, color scheme, and any other special requests you may have.

Do you offer setups at my desired location?We can setup you picnic at various locations within the Yakima Valley (and beyond), including wineries, breweries, parks, and even your own back yard! Please note that some location may require permits, which we can help you obtain (fees may apply).

Do you travel?Yes, we offer travel throughout Washington state and Oregon. If you aren't sure if we can come to you or if you're from another state not listed please feel free to reach out and we will see what we can do!

What happens after the picnic?We take care of everything! We arrive on-site to setup your picnic before your chosen time and return afterwards to dismantle the setup and clean up the area.

Do you offer restroom facilities at picnic locations?Restroom facilities will depend on the chosen location. Public areas often have restrooms available for use. If setting up at a private or rural location, restroom access will depend on the property. Please consider this when scheduling.

What if I need to cancel my picnic?We understand plans can change. All picnic deposits and payments are non-refundable as these dates are blocked off from other bookings to hold your date. However, we do allow for a one-time reschedule on a mutually agreeable date. We do our best to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible.

What if I cancel and paid for a photography session?All booked photography sessions are to be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. If there are changes to your session you will need to coordinate this with our photographer directly.
